Stationery List

Kia ora e te whānau,

We are using a different system for stationery this year. Instead of each child receiving a stationery list and families purchasing the stationery and bringing it to school, we have bulk-ordered the stationery and will be invoicing families directly. The reasons for this are:

• by bulk ordering from a school account, we can receive the best prices and discounts
• all students and teachers will have the stationery they need to begin usual programmes from day 1
• school controlling the ordering means we can guarantee that all items are the preferred quality and layout which increases consistency across the school – a big focus for learning for 2025

Your child only needs to bring an optional personal pencil case with any special stationery or colouring items. Please ensure this is named. Headphones can also be provided – please name these as well. Of course, the most important compulsory item is a named wide-brimmed hat!

Covering books

Covering books is not required by school and most students do not have their items covered. However, if you would like to cover your child’s books you can discuss this with your child’s teacher directly. We suggest the removable covers/book sleeves such as Ezi Covers/Kiwi Covers or the options available at Kmart or the Warehouse. These are very quick to apply and your child can remove them and reuse them when they complete an exercise book.

$35 per child for Year 1 – 3

$45 per child for Year 4 – 6
